STORM PROSPECTOR
STORM PROSPECTOR aka "Beans" was my 3 year old OTTB that just competed in the 2017 Retired Racehorse Project. We competed two days in a row and made it to the finale. Day 1 of the barrel competition we placed 2nd out of 27 and on Day 2 we placed 1st out of 27. We made it back in 1st place to the top 5 for the finale run. We ended up being Reserve Champions in Barrels and I couldn't be more proud of him!! Posted below are videos of all of our runs from the RRP and a video of the full Journey of STORM PROSPECTOR!!

A few weeks after the 2017 Retired Racehorse Project I found out that I was nominated for the award of 2017 National Horse Trainer of the Year by Greatmats!! The person who nominated me is anonymous and they were inspired by my work done at the makeover project. I was up against some tough trainers but my friends, family and clients all came together and voted. On December 15th, I accepted the award of your 2017 National Horse Trainer of the Year!
