K/C Ranch is proud to be the home of the University of Kentucky Rodeo Team! The team's barrel racers and roughstock riders practice throughout the spring and fall at the ranch.

In April 2022, Kelly was named as Head Coach for the UKRT. Beginning in the fall of 2022, Kelly serves as the team's head coach and barrel racing coach. Under her leadership in the 2021-2022 season, the barrel racing team grew from 2 members to 13.
